Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Dice potatoes and place in Round Steamer. Cover and microwave on high 10–12 min, or until tender. 
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook, breaking up meat, until browned, about 3–4 min. 
  4. Stir seasoning, veggies, water, and tomato paste into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 min, stirring constantly. 
  5. Using Ground Meat Separator, mash potatoes with milk and butter. Add egg and cheese, if using; stir well to combine. 
  6. Remove pan from heat and scoop mashed potatoes on top, covering completely. 
  7. Bake, uncovered, 4–6 min, or until top and edges are golden brown.

Serve with 2 cups leafy greens and a squeeze of lemon juice.
