Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Using Basting Brush, lightly oil two Muffin Makers and place on Sheet Pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and dip mix. Pour into muffin cavities, filling each about 34 full. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 15 min or until eggs are set. Let cool slightly before removing from cups.
Tips

Making Egg Bites is a great way to get more veggies into kids’ lunches. Add chopped broccoli or chopped veggies of your choice to the bottom of each muffin cup before pouring in the egg mixture.

Recipe makes enough for six lunches (2 bites per lunch). Make ahead at the beginning of the week and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Microwave 30–45 seconds or serve cool.

Serve with 1 cup veggies and Cucumber Pinwheels.
